PROGRAM PERFORMANCE AND FINANCE ANALYST
The Program Performance and Finance Analyst is responsible for the overall management of the agency’s database systems as well as the management of financial, accounting and budgeting systems including the accounting and reporting for grants, contracts, contributions and donations. The Program Performance and Finance Analyst is the primary liaison with the CFO and makes strategic recommendations regarding the finance and operations of the organization. The Program Performance and Finance Analyst works closely with staff in all departments to understand program performance reporting needs. The Program Performance and Finance Analyst reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer at Women’s Initiative.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Ongoing database management
• Internal and external program performance reporting
• Financial reporting
Qualifications:
• CPA/MBA, BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Ability to work comfortably in changing environment with high degree of adaptability and flexibility
• Handle multiple tasks and must effectively communicate CFO and management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Forward thinking and ability to understand future planning
• Excellent analytical skills
• Extensive technical skills
• A strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead or participate in cross-functional teams.
• A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity.
• C and C++ required
• MySQL required
• Sales Force experience desired
• Raiser’s Edge experience desired
