Developing Your Action Plan

The first step is to set up your intake appointment by calling the SuccessLink Coordinator at (510) 434-2605. You will complete a simple self-assessment of your business and personal goals, and your own skill level. This will help you determine which stage your business is at (“emerging”, “nesting” or “highflying”) and also which SuccessLink services will be most useful to you. Women’s Initiative staff will assign you to an action group with others in the same developmental stage as your business.
