Action Groups

Joining one of SuccessLink action groups will be a highly effective part of your business success. Only SuccessLink members are eligible to attend these meetings which will have 6-8 attendees and will meet once a month for 4 or 6 months. You will be grouped with other members whose businesses are at the same developmental stage as yours. You will work on common problems, develop solutions in a group setting and learn from each others’ successes. The members of the group will help to “keep each other on track” with their business goals during your monthly meetings.

Each team will be led by an experienced facilitator who will motivate members to work actively on growing their business. Whatever challenges are preventing growth from happening will be identified; creative brainstorming will bring a fresh perspective on these challenges; business plans developed and updated and progress tracked. The facilitator will encourage mutual mentoring and support and will also direct members to community resources which have been identified as being beneficial.
