Tracey Warson
Tracey Warson is the Global Market Manager for the Western Region of Citi Private Bank North America. In this role Tracey oversees seven ultra high net worth banking offices including those in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Orange County, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Phoenix and Seattle. Before joining Citi Tracey served as West Division Executive for US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management where she built and ran the Western Region.
Tracey has over 26 years of experience working with ultra high net worth individuals, families and institutions. Prior to joining US Trust she was Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director of Private Client Services at Wells Fargo Private Bank. In this role she was responsible for Wells Fargo’s investment management, trust, private banking, wealth planning and brokerage businesses in the Bay Area.
Previously Tracey served as an Executive Vice President and Head of Sales and Distribution for Wells Fargo’s foreign exchange and financial risk management businesses nationally. Tracey worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup in Los Angeles from 1986-1988. She started her career in banking in 1984 as an International Banking Officer at Toyo Trust Company in Los Angeles.
Tracey earned her BA in Business Administration and French from the University of Minnesota in 1984. She also completed a fellowship at the Université de Tours, in Tours, France. Tracey is active in the community and serves as a Trustee of the San Francisco Ballet and has Co Chaired the annual JVS Strictly Business luncheon in 2009 and 2010. Since 2007 Tracey has been recognized every year as one of “The Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” by the San Francisco Business Times.
Tracey resides in Marin County with her family and enjoys spending time with her teenage daughters and skiing, hiking and golfing.
